 We are very happy with your work and have told a lot of people how happy and surprised we were with how much you got the design so very right for us, we could tell after the initial meeting that you really listened to what we had said and put a lot of thought into it all. We expected to change something and there was nothing to change. After trying to come up with some design ideas myself and failing massively I was extremely impressed with how you used the block to its maximum capacity and wasted no space at all and fitted everything we wanted onto this tiny block. Your generosity with your time has also been greatly appreciated, meeting us after work hours and going back and forth on email at night helped us a lot with our long work hours and kept us in touch of what was going on and also answering the many questions about design, products or features that we constantly had.
